The Innovation Centre

At Community Innovation UK, we have developed an Innovation Centre. This is a physical location where new innovative ideas and enterprises can be nurtured and supported through the start-up and growth phases to maximise their chances of success.

We provide affordable, fully serviced office space and a range of support services which enable an individual entrepreneur or start-up team to focus on launching a new product or service or establishing a new venture. We also provide space to start-up charities and social enterprises, particularly those with potential for growth. These organisations may need professional office accommodation and/or specific support to make a step-change and grow to the next level. Research shows that start-ups that receive this kind of support are more likely to succeed.

We want to foster an environment of creativity and mutual support and seek to maximise the potential for this to happen. We are also keen to help any new venture think about the social benefits it can achieve through the way it does business.
